You are what you eat. Laughable. Irrelevant.
It's the social media revolution, man. You are what you post. You are what you share. You are what you "like". The pictures you're tagged in, your info page, your Wall– these are just as much a representation of who you are as what's written on your shirt and what songs are on your iPod Zune. I went Wall-hopping today and got envious.
I saw culture. Photos of red wine in long-stemmed glasses and pasta and books.
I saw places. Mountaintops and rivers instead of offices, malls, and smoke-filled bars.
I saw education. Properly constructed sentences with apostrophes and Oxford commas.
I saw intelligence. Original status messages and arguments and properly cited quotations.
I saw relevance. Links to news articles and blogs and restaurant reviews.
I saw warmth. I saw happiness. I saw possibility.
Then there's my Wall, with Captain Planet exploding.
