My little sister understands the dilemma presented when introducing parents to the concept of technology. She is also an advocate of low context communication, which is effective in the sense that it is direct to the point, and little to no "reading between the lines" is required.
The task was instructing our parents on how to download music off of the internet. My sister systematically prepares a list of directions on how to go about this daunting mission.
