In Which I am Not the Enemy

"Client na si Moe. Kalaban na 'yan."

It's that kind of asinine, closed-minded thinking that's left you and your people in the gutter, madam. It's Training's fault. Recruitment didn't profile them correctly. We're not getting the necessary support form Quality. Operations isn't executing properly. Frankly, I'm just sick and tired of everyone wasting all this time and energy arguing over who's right, when they we should be arguing over what's right.

If you just quit griping, did your shit right, kept your noses clean, and made sure that your people are both capable and motivated, then there won't be the need to hide anything—and fewer people would be talking smack about you on their Walls.

I am not the enemy. This apathetic, individualistic, corner-cutting, "pwede-na-'yan" mentality that has corrupted your entire office is. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
